CHRISTMAS CARDI LOVE CHRISTMAS CARDS!
This one was real easy. I used loads of glitter!
My husband said he thinks I feed him glitter... I told him not to be silly, glitter is much too expensive for that!
For years, I have glittered paper then sealed it with a glue or glaze to set in the glitter. When it's dry I die cut it. That is what the Sizzix diecut "Dress up Penguin's" little face & belly are cut from.
The Sizzix diecut word "JOY" is cut from glitter paper from
Target.
The Sizzix diecut Scallop card has been embossed with a 
Cuttlebug snowflake folder and I used Ice Sticles on the snowflakes, the cheeks and the beak. I used Polymark black gloss fabric paint on the eyes. Fabric paint works wonderful on paper. I used a Hobby Lobby Snowflake punch on the inside of the card.
